Roles include a mixture of Graduate and Experienced hires
Leading business advisory firm BDO today announced ambitious plans to recruit over 300 staff for their offices across Ireland in the coming three years.
150 experienced hires will be recruited across BDO’s three locations; over 100 in their Dublin office and an additional 50 roles across BDO’s offices in Limerick and Belfast.
These experienced hires are in addition to 150 places available during the graduate recruitment round of offerings across Ireland during the same period.
BDO is currently recruiting for 60 graduate trainees across all their locations.
Many of the new jobs will be established to support BDO’s specialist advisory teams in Ireland’s growing sectors including; Financial Services, Tourism & Leisure, Technology and Healthcare. There will also be a substantial number of additional roles in the outsourced services teams in all three offices. BDO also plan to create five new roles within their specialist BDO sports advisory department in Dublin
New roles include management and non-management positions and also positions in the key support areas.
BDO Ireland Managing Partner, Michael Costello, commented:
“As Irish businesses focus on their own growth strategy BDO is gearing up to play our part. We have established strong sector teams in Technology, Healthcare, Property, Financial Services and Tourism & Leisure; this announcement underpins our commitment to further grow our specialist knowledge.
We also plan to bring in specialists to join our rapidly growing service offerings including Risk Advisory, IT and Outsourced Services.
These are ambitious plans for BDO, but we are an ambitious firm. We have managed to retain our key staff during the downturn and now we plan to rapidly grow them in the coming months and years.”
